ATM transactions at APL FCU proprietary machines are also free, and you can also use your card for unlimited free Point of Sale (POS) transactions. PINs are issued with each Debit Card, and can be changed by visiting any APL FCU branch location.

Balance inquires done at Non-Proprietary ATMs may be subject to a fee by the machine’s owner. If asked if you would like to see or have your balanced printed on a receipt, please select No or Main Menu to avoid any fees. Balance inquiries from an Allpoint ATM machine may incur a transaction fee. Please double check the machine to be sure it has an Allpoint sticker before using it.
