How do I transfer my balance?

If you have an existing APL FCU Visa Credit Card (Classic or Rewards), simply:

  • Log into our Digital Banking platform and transfer available funds from your Credit Card to your Primary Savings or Checking Account. You may then use the funds to pay down or pay off the balance on your credit card(s) with another lender.
  • To pay off the other lender, simply write a check, request your other lender to debit your Primary Savings or Checking Account, or use External Transfers or Bill Pay within Digital Banking to send the funds.

  • Apply for a  Classic or Rewards Visa Credit Card
  • Once approved, and your new APL FCU Credit Card is issued, follow the steps above to complete a balance transfer
